TERMINATION OF REGISTRATION

RETURNS/EXCHANGE within the first 15 Days
For any returns/exchanges, buyer must send back within 15 days of the unit(s) arrival. The first 15 days, the shipping cost is covered by the Seller ”Topcareplus Medical Supply”. After the 15 days, shipping costs on returns are to be covered by the purchaser. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Product must be in the new condition as it was sent in and in original box.

Items cannot be returned if open or used, unless there is a defect with the unit or a manufacturer issue. We may require pictures for troubleshooting and accepting the units back.
WARRANTY
Topcareplus Medical Supply offers a 6 month manufacturer warranty after the purchase date on all Topcareplus Medical Supply. Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, affixing of any attachments, stunts, tricks, loss of parts, over-load or subject in the product to any but the specified voltage. . Use of unauthorized replacement parts will void warranty. All external battery chargers power supply is covered for the 1st 15 days. Shipping costs on returns and shipping back to the purchaser are to be covered by the purchaser after the 15th day.
RESTOCKING FEE
All items are subject to 30% restocking fee and the restocking fee total will be deducted from your total purchase. You will need to send your unit (Refund/Return) back to us yourself. We won’t be liable for any of the fees.
All the return items will be charged as follows if the customer refuses or returns the unit UNOPENED.
1. The UPS Fee will be charged of the item being shipped from the customer’s address to our warehouse.
NOTE: Refusing the item and not opening is considered a return ITEM. Warehouse address is the ADDRESS that the unit was shipped from.
2. There will be a 30% RESTOCKING FEE charged of the total of the item(s)
